Dear Colleagues,

We recently had a data outage at the Poligan IVTAN 2, Bishkek Kyrghyzstan
(POL2). No data was collection during the following times:

August 1st (2010.213) ~02:00 UTC - August 2nd (2010.214) ~07:46 UTC

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the POL2 station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Scientific Station of OIVTRAN (Bishkek,
Kyrgyzstan) with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus
Area - Science Mission Directorate.

Subject: [IGSSTATION-3916] SEY1: data publication resuming

Dear Colleagues,

The network problem at the Mahe Island, Seychelles (SEY1) IGS station has been
repaired. All the missing data since July 26th, 2010 (2010.207) has been
published to the IGS data centers.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the SEY1 station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and Seychelles National Oil Company in collaboration
with UCSD-IDA, with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus
Area - Science Mission Directorate.

Please be advised that as announced in IGSstation message 3866
data flow from TID2 has ceased, and will be restarted as TIDB.
The backdated data will also be posted as TIDB.

The date of TIDB data commencement is planned for 0:00UTC
at the start of DOY 216 (a bit more than one day from now).

An updated site log for TIDB has been submitted to the IGSCB.
