BAN2 - Bangalore, India (station confirmed decommissioned by operator)
SELE - Almaty, Kazakhstan (station confirmed decommissioned by operator)
BILI - Bilibino, Russian Federation (station confirmed decommissioned by operator)
YAKZ - Yakutsk, Russian Federation (station confirmed decommissioned by operator)
SIO3 - La Jolla, California (data outage for many years)
