Dear Colleagues,

The Yamoussoukro, Ivory Coast (YKRO) IGS station is now back online.
Current data is being published and older data, if it exists, will be
published once it is received.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the YKRO station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Bureau National D'Etudes Techniques with
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science
Mission Directorate.

Best Regards,
Nic Flores

Subject: UTC(NIST) changes today

Dear Colleagues,

There will be potential changes to UTC(NIST) today, as the 1 pps will be
turned off and on, and the 5 MHz reference to the NIST receiver will be
steered. The result is that there may be steps and steering of the
reference.

Best Regards,
Marc Weiss
